Ready-to-install omega modules The omega module from Rexroth enhances the EasyHandling modular system for handling systems. The linear system enables improved dynamics with higher loads over longer distances. The stationary drive makes it ideal for immersing in large workspaces in any mounting position. The low dead mass to be moved makes it possible to use the module for vertical installation and transporting heavy loads. Users can also mount the main body in a stationary position and operate multiple table parts independently of each other via their own drive. Offered in three sizes with main body widths of 55, 85, and 120 mm, the omega module guides the table part over ball rail systems with high precision. As a single axis, it is especially well-suited to assembly and handling applications as a pick-and-place unit, for example. The omega module can also be part of multi-axis systems in conjunction with the EasyHandling kit.
